Island/Mulberry Upgrades Phase II

The work at the Mulberry WWTP consists of the following: Installation of the permanent emergency generator.

  • Contractor: Alder Construction awarded on September 2005.
  • Contract Award Amount: $7,095,500; paid to date: $7,133,510 (100%)
  • Current Contract Value (Including All Change Orders): $7,133,510
  • Contract Completion Date: February 1, 2007.
  • Change Order Status: 4 approved change orders totaling $38,010
